Location
The Family Conference will be located at IJmuiden Netherlands.
Basecamp IJmuiden will host the FOXP1 and siblings day program, and they have Tiny Houses for rent
Leonardo Hotel will host the presentations and break out sessions,, and they have hotel rooms for rent
It is a short walk between these 2 locations as they are directly across the street from each other.
IJmuiden is 30 minutes from the Amsterdam International Airport

Registration costs

50€ per family

25€ per single person

The International FOXP1 Foundation (IFF) is again subsidizing the registration costs to make it more affordable for families.
-
The IFF is not responsible for accomodations or transportation costs to and from the conference.
Registration fee includes:

All meals are included from dinner Thursday 19 June till breakfast Saturday 21 June

Friday 20 June 9:00 - 1600 hrs - Free child care/day program for all FOXP1 individuals and their siblings.
Conditions of Registration

The family registration fee is for members of one immediate family. Extended family members (grandparents, aunts, uncles, or friends) should register separately as a family or a single person.

The child care/day program is only available to individuals with FOXP1 syndrome and their siblings. It is not available to extended family and friends such as cousins or children of friends

Payment is required at time of registration

Refunds will be provided until 1 June 2025.

You are encouraged to donate additional funds to the foundation to help with the costs of the conference

Additional information on your child's behaviour will be asked closer to the conference date. Please ensure all information is provided when requested so the organizers can plan for a safe and fun child care /day program.

Researchers will present their findings on the development of our children with FOXP1 syndrome

Break Out sessions are planned for the afternoon

Child care/day programs will be provided free for all individuals with FOXP1 and their siblings

Evening rest and relax time
